Which poster size for my guest count?
18×24 in covers up to ~80 guests comfortably; 24×36 in is the standard for 100–200. Both are rental-frame sizes, so the sign stand you may already have will fit. Names stay legible because the chart auto-fits columns.
What makes it print-ready
Vector text (crisp at any size, no 300-DPI pixelation), 0.125 in bleed with crop marks for professional printing, a safe zone that keeps names away from the trim edge, and an ink-friendly pure black-and-white print mode.
Common questions
Can my print shop use the browser PDF?
Yes — print to PDF from Chrome at the poster size, or hand the shop the PDF with bleed marks visible. Vector text survives their rip without jaggies.
Can I add our names and wedding date?
Yes — set the poster title and subtitle (for example “Amelia & Marcus” / “June 20, 2027”) in the editor.
Do guests without a table get lost?
Never. Unassigned guests are grouped under “Not yet assigned” and always printed.
